Incorrect dues reported to CIBIL by Bajaj Auto finance

I noticed my CIBIL score dropped drastically on reviewing the report I found a missed payment reported for December 2024 with a pending amount of ₹105,475 which is not true as the loan had ended in Aug 24 and I have received the NOC and cancelled the hypothecation and the bike is under my name. What legal action I can take as this will leave a permanent remark on my report even after rectifying the mistake

Send an email to Bajaj auto to concerned persons.
Then file a complaint with RBI ombudsman.
