Indian Court Validity non- Indian Birthcertificate

I’m a German cititzen and my father is an Indian cititzen. My mother isn’t Indian. My parents split very early on and I received my birthcertificate through court. My father never turned up to the paternity test, which counts as positive to the court. Are there any other cases in India (similar circumstances) where a German birthcertificate is valid in Indian court?
