“My father has three brothers and one sister. My grandfather owned land, three shops, and two houses which was on road . He equally and willingly gave these properties to his sons, and all of them are registered. Now, my father’s sister is asking for her portion. We belong to a Hindu family, and my grandfather has passed away, having willingly given the property to his sons.”

Since your grandfather willingly distributed and registered the property in his sons’ names while he was alive, it would generally be considered a valid transfer. If everything was done legally, your aunt might not have a strong claim.
