January 13, 2025 at 11:26 amUnless and until a legal document has been made and signed by both of the participating individuals. That’s how martial artists fight. The organisation makes them sign something which would make any claim they make against the organisation for the injuries they sustain during the fight invalid.-

January 13, 2025 at 11:39 amYeah ik about that but that requires a coach or trainer to be present with all the health care equipment needed and proper rules.

January 13, 2025 at 1:52 pmIf you are doing your consensual ‘hand to hand combat’ in a private setting, it is unlikely to have any legal consequence, unless some serious injury is occasioned to someone, but in a public place it is very possible that you may be booked for affray.-

January 13, 2025 at 1:56 pmI have a question. Is it legal if two people are fighting in some room with the public cheering them on and betting also in the presence of a trainer? Like even if it’s a street fight , u can just say it wasn’t one and was just a sparring match held on presence of a trainer?
