Is it legal to give 12th boards again from different board if you are passed already in one. I’m a student who failed cbse 12 due to some personal problems then gave nios in 2024 and passed but I had also filled the form of cbse private 2025 just in case as a backup.

I’m also thinking of giving cbse 2025 because of the uncertainty of nios but I’m not sure if it’s legal or not since I have already passed in nios

you need to consult an education counselor, from what i know, maharashtra state board does allow you to reappear twice, i know a girl who reappeared and scored better than before
