Arre bhai, India mein “Zara zara touch me, touch me, touch me” ka craze hai, lekin public jagah pe thoda soch samajh ke karna! According to Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code, any obscene act in public, including hugging or kissing, can invite legal trouble if it offends others. Yaani, “public hai, sab jaanti hai!”

Toh DDLJ ka Raj aur Simran moment recreate karne ka mann ho, toh private jagah dhundho, kyunki public mein “Ja Simran ja” nahi, balki “Ruk Simran ruk, challan katega!” ho sakta hai!

It is not legal even in the USA. There is a public decency law across most states of India and USA both.
