So my father with his close friends and an acquaintance was involved in real-estate venture. They had sold the property few days ago and the broker was the brother in law of this acquaintance, he quoted that a buyer is willing to pay 18500/gaj for that property, all said done everybody was okay with it. But the broker guy actually sold the property for 22500 and profited a few lakhs with this acquaintance. Is there anything possible to do legally if the deal/registration is done??

Was there any written documentation involved to back up your claims of selling it at a lower price where the parties have legally acknowledged this deal?

So what is wrong in this case? You agreed to a price and got the price and did the sale deed also!
