Is it worth submitting my grievance against a popular sport session booking app on online consumer court?

So I have an issue with a popular sport session booking app. I wanted to book a badminton slot for 7:30 pm. I chose 7:30 pm in the app slider but switched to a different app to reply to the message. But when I came back, although the slider was still set to 7:30, but the time slot had automatically reset to the next available slot which was 2:30. I believe that the fault lies in the app because the slider was at 7:30 but the time was 2:30.

This issue is reproducible in the app and I have a screenshot that shows that this exact scenario is very plausible.

Is it worth trying to file a grievance on the online consumer court? The amount in question is very small, only ₹334 however, I do not feel comfortable continuing to use the app if there is no resolution. The support team of the app refuse to take any responsibility.

NAL, Talk to app people first? Give them the benefit of doubt. Being a tech person I can tell not one app has all the edge cases sorted and they fix as they go on.

But if they are assholes then please proceed.

I raised a support ticket and I was very persistent. They insist on not taking any responsibility or even investigate the issue.
