January 26, 2025 at 11:31 amSo I have an issue with a popular sport session booking app. I wanted to book a badminton slot for 7:30 pm. I chose 7:30 pm in the app slider but switched to a different app to reply to the message. But when I came back, although the slider was still set to 7:30, but the time slot had automatically reset to the next available slot which was 2:30. I believe that the fault lies in the app because the slider was at 7:30 but the time was 2:30.This issue is reproducible in the app and I have a screenshot that shows that this exact scenario is very plausible.
Is it worth trying to file a grievance on the online consumer court? The amount in question is very small, only โน334 however, I do not feel comfortable continuing to use the app if there is no resolution. The support team of the app refuse to take any responsibility.

January 26, 2025 at 11:36 amNAL, Talk to app people first? Give them the benefit of doubt. Being a tech person I can tell not one app has all the edge cases sorted and they fix as they go on.But if they are assholes then please proceed.
