SMy father’s has been falsely implicated by his colleagues and higher ups in a Corruption case. A cbi case has been registered against him.
So do tell me that cbi is nothing but police and they will work only for rich and powerful, so can cbi intentionally plant fake evidence to fabricate my father falsely and not punish the real accused?

SIf a trap was successfully conducted and your father got caught, then it’s very unlikely that evidence is fabricated.

DHighly unlikely they are to do this intentionally. One of the very agencies of India and has a reputation of unbiased results. If they have solid evidence even they know that you can challenge it in a superior court.

NYes sometimes they set up trap. But the defence your father can take is that there was no work pending with him as such (if that is the case), so the same is not covered under PC Act. He must send a representation to ACB right away. I think it must have been filed in CBI-ACB Delhi?

NOh no this is not allowed to them. By setting trap I meant they can set up a person offering money in exchange of some work done by your father. If your father accepts that money then he gets trap and caught.
CBI raids also but they cannot take away keys. They could have only asked your father to accompany and open bank locker in front of him.

They seized our keys and documents etc and made a seizure memo

NAfter seizure memo they have to keep further record Like who was handling the keys, in whose custody it was etc. So if anything comes out of locker also, you ask for this record of chain of custody from them.

SMy father’s saying the cases against cbi goes generally in favour of CBI only so there’s no way to win over them even if we are innocent. I said we can apply for high court and get bail

Its unfair but ab tere papa vakeel se bhi nhi milna chahte aur maan chuke hai ki vo phas gaye hai toh ye bhi possibility ho sakti hai ki tere papa ne sachi mein kuch galat kara ho aur cbi unhone phasa nahi rahi but pakad rahi hai.

You need good counsel against such cases, someone who has appeared for such corruption cases. With personal experience can recommend, Mr. Shaji Jacob IRS retired. I got contact from another IRS officer who was represented by him. He is an expert in finding such loopholes.

How CBI and ED collectively crushed an entire political setup that still enjoys a lot of public support just by targeting their leadership in a fake corruption case. Everyone from pmo, cbi, ed, judiciary is hand in gloves of circus masters.

HSo bro lot of ex CBI people and Retired personnel are there to figure these kinda things. Following are the ways which they could help :
1. They are well versed with the procedural work of these agencies since they belonged to one. When an investigation happens it’s next to impossible to go through investigation by the book. So these persons find any procedural lapses and contest these in courts.
2. They act like a fixer and would tell you whom to bribe in the system for a favorable outcome. You won’t even believe how many corrupt officials who are under investigation and some of them are even caught red handed take this route and get a clean chit.
Dude you have to get out of reddit. Find these kinda persons and help your father.

Because this is the most important and game-changer. Our bank locker ste jointly held so if cbi plants fake evidence my mother can go to jail too. I can’t s face this situation so I’m gonna suicide
