Is there any legal help we can get in this kind of situation , where the other partner(Female) is going through physical illness and mental stress due to in-laws constant abuse?

You can- if it’s legit mental abuse. Look for DV/Cruelty.

Hi. I’m a lawyer here. A cruelty complaint and a Domestic violence petition can be filed against them.
