Is there any way to request General diary of police station?

So my parents have filed an application to police station against me that they want me to get admitted to a mental ward and they need police assistance for it as I’m physically and verbally abusive towards them. Now I’m preparing for job interviews for software engineering so if my application is recorded into their general diary is my career finished if companies do background check? Is an application against me by my parents recorded into their general diary as obstacle fore getting job??

Getting a copy of the diary won’t be easy.
If the police do call you, record your statement and stay calm throughout the process.
The police rarely take action based on such complaints.
