Is this acceptable or ask for change in rent agreement?

Below is how it’s written on rent agreement, I just realised this,

**Miscellaneous**: Furniture and Appliances- Water filter ro 2 cylinder Gas stove geyser Inverter TV Fridge Washing machine Cooler Sofa Central table Wardrobe in each room Bed in each room Dining table with four chair Two plastic chair Cloth stand Fan in each room Dressing in each room Mattress on each bed 1 Extra mattres 4 pillow Curtains everywhere,Wardrobe. 6 small 2 large Fan 4, Curtains,12 Bulb And tubelight , 11 Fridge stabilizer 2 cylinder stand Shoe rack cupboard.

There are some typo and number of items etc is little confusing. So can agreement be changed for this or this is acceptable?

If both parties are in agreement, write a corrigendum as part of the Agreement and notarize it.
