March 12, 2025 at 3:30 pmOne of my friends run a small manufacturing company and recently a middleman approached him with an offer to fund his business through some “international channel.”He claims that 50% of the total funding must be invested back into the company, and the rest of the amount will be distributed as cuts to various middlemen involved.
In the end, he would only be left with 3% of the total funding as profit.
To me, this sounds very suspicious. Has anyone here experienced something similar? Is this a legit practice in international business funding, or should he stay away from this?
Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks.

March 12, 2025 at 3:38 pmScam, 50% investment back is a risk, as on paper, you took 100% loan, spent 50% on some useless stock, but you have to pay back 100% anyway. -
