Issue with a previous company

I am a structural engineer. I left my first company in November 2023 and joined another in December 2023. But after joining, I found out they are not giving their employees salary on time. Also the quality of the work they do was below par. So I discussed this with my previous boss and he asked me to come back. So after 1 month, I resigned and served my notice period of 15 days ( If an employee resign within 3 months, their notice period is 15 days). They signed all the no dues, but didn’t give me a relieving letter nor any salary. It’s been more than a year. Now they won’t pick up my call or reply to my email. The main problem is they started my PF account during my joining and there is no closing date. How do I deal with this so that in case I want to switch my current job, it doesn’t affect my career?

You can give your last job on website PF, you should have dropped a papers after getting a 1st month salary right,

I haven’t received any salary from that company. There’s joining date in my PF account, no closing date. My current company recently started giving PF from July 2024. So there is a gap of 5 months.
