Jio AirFiber scam, need help

I booked an airfiber installation visit Feb 18, agents came and I paid but installation could not be done due to something on their end. They said they can install it tomorrow.

Next day (Feb 19), they did not come. On Feb 20 I called them, they visited and completed the installation, same agents.

But I had to pay for the installation again because of the KYC being done again or something and was assured a refund for previous payment.

Since Feb 22, I have been trying to reach agents(not working) and jiofibercare@jio.com. Obviously call support don’t work anymore with these telecom donkeys.

Via email, they pretended to “look into it” and “update” me within next X hours multiple times, but actually just ignore and pass it to the next “team jio” member until they do the same.

Sorry for the long read, I just wanna know my rights and potential actions I can take.
