        If a parent makes a child a joint owner, does it automatically transfer into the childโ€™s name at decease?

        Whatโ€™s the most secure and discreet way to transfer ownership?

        This is separate question from the topic above. Trying to dissect a pathway

          Putting joint owner in document itself results into joint ownership but the question is property is currently owned by whom?

              Thanks for the response!

              Currently property is in joint owership, possession of one person with the first floor and possession of second floor with another however the contract states that the building is in joint ownership, so we were advised to separate it in L&D.

              But we are also wondering, because itโ€™s difficult to get the other joint owner to sign off so can we add another joint owner to one persons ownership?

              And can the putting each floor in our own respective names be done without the other joint owner?

              Whatโ€™s the workaround on this?

              Two years ago L&D office was shut down. Is it open again?
