PWhile working in my office, and while walking past the corridors, I overheard that how Justice Yashwant has been framed by someone because according to the opinions of many he is a very balanced and good judge. I mean he was line in to go to the supreme court and then this happenen…and the court has no evidence whatsoever, police didn’t even seize the money…nor was the amount so recorded was found near the premises of this judge…and he is going through media trial in full fire….So Is it true? Is it really a conspiracy theory 🧐

PThere is no way any outsider can place so much cash especially with all the security cover a sitting Judge of HC gets. It’s all black money of the judge which got exposed due a fire accident. Do you remember Delhi Fire Chief denying any recovery of cash at the accident site. That was a well planned move but the SC exposed that lie by making public the video and photos of the fire accident room.
There is still no FIR or complaint from the Judge regarding that cash if it was not owned by him. Since all the evidences have been destroyed there is nothing much can be done.

PBut what if the cash was fake? Since it wasn’t seized. The shack where this amount was found does not even fall within the property area of the judge. It was near bsf area…so that’s why I was curious what if it is a set up to frame him. and of course while I agree he should have filed an Fir. The sc removed the video also right? Let’s see what happens.
