hi , there are 10 -15 kids shouting and playing for straight 4-5 hours every day , and in morning too on holidays , this irritate my whole family , and disturb kids from study , and when we ask them to go anywhere else and play , all kids mother get united and fight , and if anyone is thinking they are just kids how loud they can be , but they are literally very loud , can we take any legal action against this problem , please tell , its a humble request

Mere ghar ke neeche, literally just neeche 15-20 bachhe khelte hai, cricket, pakda pakdi and what not, and you know what, nobody has any issue in our building. Ab chote bachhhe aur kaha jaayenge tum batao. And currently this is summer vacation going on, bichare ab nhi kkelenge toh aur kab ?

building aur ghar main fark hota hai bhai , aur vacaation ka nahi evening ka toh starting se hai , our drawing area is just front of that , tv nahi dekh sakte , guest aate hai toh baat bhi nahi karsakte, aur voh khelte nahi hai , gala faad faad ke chilate hai ,

Not a lawyer , yes it can irritate you could ask them to set a time to play when you both can agree or maybe join them not to play but to just enjoy , filing a case is too far , you can ask authorities to warn them about disturbance , if theyare not open for a mutual settle

once we tryied to settle mutually but they just fight back, they are not the once we can talk , only legal option is left , and i think shouting/playing on someone door is not good , if it was a good society , people must have not tolerated this , the only problem is that we are in local colony

Bhai jab vah khelen sab tu bhi vahan per pahunch ja aur unse bol ki main bhi khelunga. Agar khelne ko bol de to tu unka game bigaad aur agar khelne Ko nahin bole to vahin per khada Rahe unke bich mein khud Hi pareshan hokar दो-तीन din mein इधर-उधर chale jaenge

voh bhai 5-6 saal ke balak hai unki bhasha hi samaj nhi aati , par chilate yese hai ki piche wale room tak awaaj aati hai, mutual agreement ka koi chance nhi ha , ek baar bola tha 3-4 aurte ladai karne aa gayi , bas legal step hi rok sakta hai ,

The more you will engage with such kids, they will shout more just to instigate you. Or maybe they can do some harm to your property or yourself. Let it go, there is no legal recourse.
