USo me and my gf, met in her hospital ( she’s med student), we went to stair lobby where we made sure there was no camera
We had a lots of talk, hugs and in end kisses, this has happened two times, first three days back and now today
So today, first of all some sanitation aunties did saw us normally sitting there and during our those moments my gf lost something valuable there
My gf called her freind who lives in hostel to find that thing, but the whole hospital was closed by then and the security guard told, it will open on Monday and there are cameras on stairs, so he could check it!!
So my question lies – if by chance things go way too south, camera had captured everything, adminstration is involved, how bad could it get for me? Will the IPC Section 294 applicable on me or anything different?
Btw I’m thinking of taking the all responsibilities also -
