Land acquisition compensation?

  Our land is being acquired for a railway line, and an under construction house is also being affected. Can anyone explain how the compensation system works for incomplete houses? And If possible, could you also ask any affected parties for the same, if you know anyone?

  When was section 4 notification published? Public hearing taken place or not? Govt has published the award?
  
  If you these steps have taken place then challange the award.

    Till now two Burjis have been placed on our land. No notification, not even a single person has approached us.
