BThere’s our 10f land and 6f land is captured by my neighbour in Jamshedpur where my home is. he has build a wall in there. my mother is fighting for it from 3 years in the SDO Court. it has been proven that the land belongs to us in the SDO court. But now the thing is who is going to break the wall which our neighbour has built. And how can we break that wall? it has already been three years and more my mother is alone fighting there for the land. my father was in Indian armed forces so we were having transfer here in Maharashtra but in our absence our neighbour has built that and captured our 6 feet land. and nobody can leave the job and go that’s why my mother is there fighting for that land piece. as it is proven by means of all documentation and papers that the land belongs to us but how should we start breaking the wall without being a victim of any attack by neighbour. What can be the safest way to take our land back we don’t want to waste our more time and can’t see my mother living alone and fighting against it alone.

LIf your neighbor attacks/you suspect they will attack, contact the police for protection.
Describe the situation to the contractor before giving the work. You should also construct a wall for your part. After that, you can easily break the neighbor’s wall. -

YBro police will not help you to break the wall…as it is not in their hands…but you can go to DISTRICT COMMISSIONER of your area and request police protection at the time of breaking that wall…or ask your lawyer to get a permission and notice served to police to give you protection while eliminating that wall
