Consider the sale of a plot. The plot belongs to two brothers P and Q. P proclaims himself as the sole owner and decides to sell the plot to me, unbeknownst to Q. I buy the plot and construct an apartment building on it. A year later Q returns and sees that P has sold the plot. Can he claim ownership? Or is the matter between P and Q?

How will this play out? Will I get to keep my land? Will the land be frozen and if so, what happens to the apartments? Worst-case scenario, What if P spends all his money by the time Q returns? Or even kills himself to escape the burden?

If q goes to court then it is issue , and it is always an issue from q .
