My parents recently bought a plot of land from a dealers who’s making a colony…

We recently recieved the registery papers, but it’s Black and white almost like it’s a photocopy/Xerox

You are supposed to get the original deed that was signed at the sub registrar office. Seller can keep a copy for his records

The whole process was done online, the signature was done via finger print and iris scan at the Collectorate office.
