March 23, 2025 at 2:57 amMy father (late) has two kids including me (son) and a daughter. He only has one property – an apartment, in his name. Now that he is no more, I want to get it registered under my name. In this regard, I have two questions:
1. Documents needed to get this done.
2. Can this be done without informing the daughter (my sister)? Or whether her signature/approval is needed too for this matter?

March 23, 2025 at 7:09 amIs there any way to bypass the daughter? What if I get it transferred to mother (still with me) and then mother will pass it to me?Please answer. This is important. I know this is sounding very unethical and immoral but you don’t know our current situation and I also don’t want to disclose it.

March 23, 2025 at 1:35 pmIn absence of Will, no other short cuts.
Property will be transferred to your mother, sister and yourself.Later, mother and sister have to execute release deed. Then property will be in your name.
This is the story of every household
