I haven’t paid my lazypay amount flr which I have been getting many phone calls and multiple msgs a day. But recently the phonecalls reduced but the msgs keep coming now and then.

But today something new happened I got a msg saying pay the bill otherwise field agent will go to my house. I didn’t even do the KYC and dont remember giving my address in the app. Can they really know my address? What should I do? I cannot repay the money. The amount is 850 rupees.

Kya bhai, 850 bhi nai bharna? Bhool gaye wk din jab Lazypay ne aapko help kiya tha?

Agar CIBIL mein ye transaction record ho gaya to jindgi bhar ka daag reh jayega. Bhardo agar unka hai to.

It will show up in CIBIL as PayU Finance. OP is astronomically fucked, all for 850 Rs.

If they have your adhaar/bank details, they’ll know your address.

850 ke liye itne calls/ credit score kharab mat karo, but at the same time if you don’t want to pay- you can keep blocking their numbers, as long you didn’t share aadhar/correct address, but location access granting/contact list granting in the app might cause problems

These apps ask for location access the first time itself and don’t proceed further without getting all permissions.

They obviously have recorded all locations where he has ever set foot. He should definitely pay it back.

Unless he’s using some form of location spoofing, you can’t assume, OR if he took the loan when’s he’s in City X and then defaulted and then deleted the app and all data from his device, then moved to City Y, even a change of locality beyond a certain distance will make it extremely difficult for Lazypay, Last I checked Aadhar/PAN were not mandatory in Lazy pay.
And even we consider that Lazypay has all his location, no one will schedule home visit for 850/- rupees.

Your ckyc already has all your kyc data. LazyPay is not some free money scheme. You can’t just take a loan and not repay it back.

You’ve established you’re a thief. But 850 rs? You should have gone for a bigger score.

When you setup your account first thing they do is do your KYC, so they definitely have your address. They would not lend you money without your contact details. For β‚Ή850, you have just ruined your CIBIL score and credit history. If you have the money to recharge your phone for internet ,and use Reddit. You have means to pay the bill. You can call their customer service and agree on partial payments with heavy penalties. Don’t take loans if you don’t have intention to pay back. Legally you have no recourse.
