Looking for legal advice in this situation. Let me start off by saying I don’t reside in India, so I don’t know how viable this will be.
I purchased a wedding Lehenga from Pernias Pop Up in October. In January, when I received the Lehenga I noticed that it was stained and looked used. Mind you I paid $4000 for this. I have been going back and forth with support to no avail. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and Pernias asked me to close it and delete my reviews ONLY THEN they’d send a new blouse. I closed the case and provided proof. It’s now been 3 weeks and still nothing.
Is there anything I can do in this situation?

Update:
Pernias reached out to me and asked me to the close the case and stated they will reship the blouse. Well, they added that they’d like for me delete my reddit post. I refused to do so. It is now over 3 WEEKS LATER and I am yet to recieve a blouse. They keep saying that their “internal team” has not been able to confirm that the case is closed, despite me sending them MULTIPLE letters with confirmations and dates that the case is closed. I have included pictures of what I received. Also, they are yet to credit me for the dry cleaning that I paid out of pocket for. -
