Hi Guys, so, I wasn’t allowed to sit in my final exams in college for 2nd year, BDS. They said, verbally, ab ReExam dena and they did not accept my exam registration form. Now, the they are saying they will not let anyone give re exam who did not submit the exam form. Now what do I do? I have to give exams, Either I die or die slowly. Repeating year would definitely kill me slowly. I need help, they cannot do that, they did not accept my form and now this.
        Please Help, any lawyer here?

Lawyer here. Not sure what could be said about your case but maybe you clarify:

Why were you not allowed to sit for the exam?
Why didn’t they accept your registration form?
Is there any proof that you were duly registering for the exam and yet they refused to register you?
What are the college/university rules with regard to exam, registration and reexam?

You can always try to reach out to higher authorities if that’s possible – within college, or outside, student body, name-shame tactics and what not.
As for the legal route, you may as well wait for a year and take the exam because the entire process until you get your judgement, regardless of the outcome, will likely take a year or so. Plus the mental and physical harassment and time & money loss.
