February 24, 2025 at 11:43 amHi everyone,Iโm a small business owner dealing with a delayed tech project . Over the past year, the project has been stalled with three vendor changes and no definitive timeline. Although we signed a contract, it doesnโt specify any terms for delays. I requested a refundโ They offered first 10%, then 25% after my LinkedIn postโbut the project remains incomplete, impacting my business significantly.
The Company Calls itself a Marketplace for all kinds of market needs its a well funded company,
Do I have a strong legal case for a full refund, and what steps should I consider next?
