Legal advice on family land dispute with Brother

My parents are no more. My father’s family land passed to my mother and after she passed in 2018 me and my brother have legal right. now me and my brother are in USA. Land is in Gujrat. he is not ready to give my share of land. Family are trying to talk to him to give me my share and he is giving them run around. What is my best next step is? is it legal route is ? how do I resole by sitting in US? please anyone can guide me?
