I am talkin about FIITJEE .This company is shutting down its centres and teachers left the coaching due to non payment of their salaries for more than 6 months.

Now coaching centers are closed. Please tell that if we can case of FIITJEE regarding not giving services ? What should be the case type of like of consumer forum or district court. If any of you can give some advices , it would be wonderful

File an FIR in place of court case, it’s better

but it requires much more efforts . I think consumer forum will require a few efforts only
