Legal Notice Against Nestaway

I need to file a legal notice against Nestaway for charging random charges and not refunding my security deposit. Also, I want compensation for their team delaying the refund process. It is clrarly mentioned in the agreement that within 7-14 days of moving out the security refund will be issued. It has been almost 1 month of moving out, I have not received the refund. Not even the minute amount they themselves came to with their absurd charges which have not been mentioned in their policy/agreement anywhere.

And I cannot let go of the security charges, I am a middle class working person and this scam I am not going to support. So dont come to me with let it go.

The security amount is 15000 and they are refunding only 4500 out of it. That also I have not received yet.

I need a lawyer’s guidance on how I can go about it and how can I file a case in the consumer forum?

Send a legal notice by registered post through an advocate. If no response, file a suit in the civil court.
