March 20, 2025 at 5:51 amMy motherβs father has an undistributed piece of land that should be equally shared among my mother, her younger brother, and her older brother. However, her brothers are trying to take the entire land for themselves without giving my mother her rightful share. Can they legally do this? If my mother refuses to sign a No Objection Certificate (NOC), can they still take the property without giving her a share?
Please help me with this situation…

March 20, 2025 at 6:40 amIf you get the valuation of the property and on the basis of that ask to be paid the market value of her share if they pressurise your mother to transfer get a stay on transfer or sale of property without being paid for her share
