        LLP is registered in Jabalpur.

        1. Will the ROC/MCA accept LLP agreement e-stamped using Sampada 2.0?
        2. Is below the correct instrument for filing? Capital contribution is 10K.

**Company/Share Transfer / Partnership -> Partnership -> Partnership with no share or share less than Rs 50000.**

Thanks in advance for any help. The company who’s managing my compliance is not aware of MP state level specifics at all and insists everything needs to be on physical stamp paper and notarized by advocate.

Thanks. There isn’t any related to LLP agreement on the website. I’ve created a support ticket, will see if they respond.
