Loan recovery

I took a 4,000 rs loan from pocketly 90 days ago and I’ve been unable to pay it back and I’ve been receiving threatening calls and emails of recovery agents asking me to pay back. Today I received text messages saying that they’ll send recovery agents to my residence. Do short term loan companies like Pocketly send recovery agents to residences for a loan of only 4000?

Yes, they do send an agent, also they call the relatives for money recovery from the Contact List. they have access to our Contact list when we install the app.

i cleared one loN and they’re threatening tk send agents withing an hour. i can’t arrange the money and my parents don’t know anything about this. What do I do?
