I need recommendations for a good lawyers in Noida/Delhi to file a medical negligence case and help me win. The case is related to a botched functional rhinoplasty. Not currently, looking for it next 1-2 Week, as you know it’s too difficult to get an appointment in a government hospital like AIIMS Or Safdarjung! However till then I just want to know the process from the filing case to compensation as I’m not in a condition to pay the lawyers fee. I’m unemployed due to issues I’m facing.
