Paid for some dresses, after getting payment, ghosted me. Is there anything that can be done??
Have screenshot of payment. Contacted Bank, they said they are helpless

Directly. I saw her post in a group selling some pochampally dresses, wanted some urgently, and ordered. After she got payment she fled. I messaged her several times asking for refund , she said I can’t do anything against her. I paid 6k. Later found thar she has cheated many in that group. As it was urgent, couldn’t Check properly.

Then in that case lodge a cyber fraud complaint with nearest cyber police station or using online portal and request cyber authorities to freeze bank account of receiver

On research I have found that she has cheated 100s of people and getting away. There is nothing that can be done ?
