In summary I am planning to get a new car in Mumbai and I have been asked a transfer letter along with mandatory documents.

I work in a private bank and have more than 4 offices in different states in India

Is it mandatory to have a transfer letter to get BH number series (my RTO is Mumbai Andheri)?

I don’t want to give bribe to RTO, how to handle this situation

im sure brides aren’t sold, that too for just 12k? ig you meant to say bribe
