1. What is the cost of making a Will in Mumbai these days?
2. Also in Mumbai what is the cost of making a Power of Attorney in Mumbai these days for Financial & Medical matters combined?
3. Also does the WILL & POA have to be registered in a Government office or Court? Or can the lawyer just make the Will & POA. and notarize it and get witnesses to sign it?
4. Should you make separate Will and POA for each parent? Or combined Will is Okay?

So total 4 documents?

1 will for father + 1 POA for father + 1 will for mother + 1 POA for mother.
