LThere was a major dispute between two student groups in MANIT Bhopal.
P!gs were called into the campus and they conducted themselves in a way any other group of goondas unleashed into civil society would, entering hostel room to assault students, vandalising their property.
Multiple students suffered fractures and had to be hospitalised.

LIndian police are legal goondas.
Unless there is a mass movement against these p!gs, don’t expect anything to change.

UBruh outsider has ragged. I get your point maybe some seniors could be involved but this didn’t give the right to the police to beat everyone from the batch when they are peacefully in the hostels. They should investigate and respond

UYou’re right, police should go about doing crowd control by first checking the ID card and then asking if you were outsiders friend, if yes then beat that person. This is India, we overreact first to contain the situation and then think about containing the situation.
Been in a similar situation ( not at this scale) but bhai gehu ke sang ghun bh pista hai.

UHan Bhai tujhe thodi kuch pata hai. Fir police apne tarike se investigation kar rahi hai to usme bhi dikkat hai. Ragging is a punishable offence. Jailtime tak hai. Students ne suicide tak kia hai mental trauma ke karan. But tujhe kya. Tu to apne dosto ko apne pichwade me dal ke chupa lega but kisiki family khatam ho jae to wo chalega. Wahh bhai. Matlab nit me pohoch jate ho to law of the land tumhare upar apply thodi na hoga hai na. Elitism se thoda bahar niklo. Abhi ke time pe nit wale bhi 30 40k ke piche marwa rahe hai.

SDid you guys hand over the culprits to police? Or should the first years wait 10-20 yers that court will take to get justice. The way to avoid collective punishment is to stop criminals committing the crime or to hand them over when police comes knocking, instead you guys seem more interested to shield them by blaming some outsider.
