If people get into a Marriage of Convenience, is it all bhagwan bharosa? I have heard pre-nups are not valid in India. So, can some other sort of agreement be drafted before marriage? Are any particular aspects of it legally enforceable in India?

Any Contracts not valid under Hindu Marriage laws.
Even if prenups are valid, what will you do again fake 498A, DV, unnatural sex cases? This is more dangerous than alimony. So fake cases is what you need to be worried about

MoC fake cases is more difficult na… Because it is more grey zone than normal ones.

Nope. No agreements are valid in matrimonial relationships. It’s a gamble where you know that 99 out of 100 times it will fail and you will end up being miserable in marriage.
