April 3, 2025 at 5:33 amso I bought a car from truevalue after looking multiple times for about 20 days on 31st march finallynow today the true value manager is asking me to return the vehicle saying the owner of the car is not willing to do name transfer.
I have the receipt of the sale.
now if the tables would have turned and I would have wanted to return the vehicle, they would have never took it back.
I have purchased this after investing too much time and money, I am not willing to JUST give it back.
I called maruti customer care and registered a complaint but dont have much hopes.
actually, the owner of this car is brother of the truevalue owner.
Please suggest.

You should keep a upper hand be dominant to ask for the name transfer as soon as possible or you may involve legality.
You should be the one harassing them for the name transfer and not the other way around.
