Me and my brother bought two flats and both flats have names as owner and co-owner now want to make only one owner for one flat. What is the procedure. Do we have to pay any charges? Or Is there any way without paying any charges we can have registered ownership for one flat as one owner?

Let them come to pick up the router.. let them waste their money on the resources to pick up the router that you have already returned.

If they call, ask them to come n pick. After they come, tell them you returned it already. Let it happen till they get tired.

Lawyer from delhi here!

You both can sign relinquishment deeds giving away your respective rights in each other’s property and then get it registered in each flat in an individual’s name.
