March 25, 2025 at 11:23 amI’m at my wit’s end with Meesho, and I need advice on what to do next.The Issue:
I ordered a pair of shoes from Meesho and received a completely different pair of shoes.I immediately initiated a return, but the delivery agent kept failing the pickup despite multiple requests.
I contacted Meesho’s customer care multiple times, but they either claimed that the correct product was delivered (indirectly accusing me of lying) or reinitiated return requests that kept failing.
Escalation Attempts:
This back-and-forth went on for 5 consecutive days with no resolution. Eventually, the return window closed, and I was left with no option to return the wrong product.I even took the issue to X (formerly Twitter) and tagged Meesho’s support, but despite raising the concern publicly, I got no resolution.
Frustrated with their negligence, I filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
Meesho’s Response to the Complaint:
After filing the complaint, Meesho called me to acknowledge it. But instead of addressing the issue, they repeated the same false claim — that the correct product was delivered and that their “policy” prevents them from accepting the return.They’ve now closed my complaint without providing any resolution.

March 25, 2025 at 12:58 pmI checked my registered grievance on the NCH website. It’s been closed by Meesho saying “Resolution:As discussed, all returns are subject to product inspection. Our team will conduct checks at your doorstep during pickup. If the product fails the quality check, we regret that we won’t be able to assist you further.” So basically they are saying the same thing.Will check the PG portal. Also, they do not have a working email ID. I tried mailing them but got a reply which basically said that to contact meesho help please use the app.
