From the last day someone is trying to mentally harass and create a situation of panic and fear amongst my friend’s family. Like last to last evening someone put a sliced lemon smeared with kumkum in his doorstep with 5 piercing and he accidentally stepped into it.. and last night threw a Bone(leg piece idk of Chicken or Goat) along with blood in his house. For information they are vegan.. what legal action can they take if they have possible suspects
