Hello, my younger brother 15M had a Instagram account in my number.
His friend added him to a local telegram group where he found some porns and shared some in Instagram pvt dms to a friend but one those was a cp so Instagram banned the account permanently.
Will Instagram report it to authorities??
Am I gonna arrested as he opened that Instagram account in my number??
Please reply if anyone knows something

Instagram doesn’t report it anywhere. All they can do is block/restrict your account. Maybe someone to whom he sent the clips can complaint and then its going to be a problem

Chill bro don’t be stressed or in panic.

Indian cyber laws will take years to take action on these things. They are not even able to brought back peoples money even after having scammers account and contact.

Just make sure to scare your brother like hell that police will find him and send to jail.
Instagram must have flagged those videos because someone might have reported it and instagram is social media site. The most they can do is removed the video or deactivate/flag your account that’s it. If they started reporting these to police then police will gets 1000s of those ID daily

Instagram by American law is reqired to report CASM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), irrespective of the country of the account that posted it.

NCMEC would forward the cases international if the severity or evidence is significant – which is may or may not be your case (we have no idea what weird shit your bro was sharing). This is not a case where you want to fuck around and find out, so do whatever it takes to prevent anything like this happening again.
