And he recorded the act.
And uploaded in many whatsapp groupsThe sexual act done was without stripping clothes but he was seen crying and asking for him to leave him alone
And there was another video in which the minor (14) choked his neck hard until he cried and also assaulted him
The guy uploaded the video on so whatsapp groups and rn not in Delhi as he went to his village yesterday
If we complain today , what are the remedies we can get , and how can the videos get deleted if it is bychance uploaded on YouTube ( we don’t have the link )

March 19, 2025 at 12:42 pmI don’t know about the law part but get your minor cousin to talk to some qualified psychologist. He really needs that, take care of him and don’t let him feel different or less of a person. Other boys of his age might bully him relentlessly if they come to know. So maybe if possible change his circle. Best of luck. I hope he is not traumatized too much.-

March 19, 2025 at 12:45 pmThe first step is to file an FIR at the nearest police station. Since the victim is a minor, this case falls under the POCSO Act, BNS, and IT Act, which deal with sexual offenses against children and the circulation of obscene content. The accused, being 14 years old, will be tried before the Juvenile Justice Board. If found guilty, he may face rehabilitation, counseling, or placement in a juvenile home, rather than imprisonment.
Once the FIR is filed, the police will investigate and take steps to delete the videos from WhatsApp groups and other platforms. The Cyber Crime Cell can help track and remove the content. If you know which WhatsApp groups the video was shared in, inform the police so they can act quickly. Taking immediate action is important to protect the victim and ensure the accused is dealt with legally.

March 19, 2025 at 2:05 pmYes, this falls under POCSO, BNS and the IT Act. Since the victim is a minor, the 14-year-old can still be held accountable under Juvenile Justice Act. While juveniles under 16 are generally not tried as adults, the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) can assess the case and determine the severity of the offense.Go to the local police station or cyber cell and file an FIR under POCSO, IPC, and IT Act. Since the crime involves sexual abuse and circulation of obscene content, POCSO sections related to sexual harassment and child pornography will apply. He can be sent for counseling or rehabilitation depending on JJB’s decision. If the case is serious, stricter actions like placement in a juvenile home or extended observation could be taken.
To prevent further spread, report the content to WhatsApp using their abuse reporting feature. See: https://faq.whatsapp.com/3166176253599957/?cms_platform=android
If the victim faces further harassment or threats, a complaint can be filed to ensure safety.-
