I am from gujarath . My Friend Got Scammed By 17k By A guy From Bangalore . He got all his address , name and everything . reported it in Cyber Website . he got the message of Money On hold. My questions are .

1) What the next process to get the money.
2) will the police catch the fraudster cause he is from another state And the amount that scammed scamed is very low . i read that Many cases worth lakhs and crores are not getting Solved

You won’t be getting it back

I lost 10k similar and got every detials of him and raised on cyber crime portal and its been an year and no response from them
