April 10, 2025 at 4:11 pmI have sent money to a wrong bank account, I have raised a complaint with the bank as well as to the person whom I have sent the money. The person is willing to provide consent to reverse the transaction, but his account was not in use and in substantial negative balance , bank is not agreeing to reverse the transaction due to negative balance in his account. Anyone faced a similar issue ever? Please help! -
