ULong story short , my Mother was subjected to torture by my sister , who forged her signature on a POA, stole all her money from her bank accounts, put her in a nursing home and over medicated her for diseases she did not even have, from the nursing home Mom was admitted to hospital.
When I tried to intervene. she attempted to file a false FIR against me.
Sister then moved into the hospital,stopped Moms food and water, put her on daily dialysis, finally stopped her life support, all without consulting me.Doctors did not listen to me at all.
Mom passed away , she and her boyfriend took the body away at night, funeral was performed in her boyfriends place .
Then the will came into effect which says 50-50 for everything.She started harassing me with legal notices, then filed a false case against me.
Now she has defamed me in the entire building and even though I am a legal heir,the Managing Committee does not respond to me at all.
My life has been turned upside down by this bitch and I want to know if I can file a wrongful death or harassment case against her.

If you believe that as long as you have a head above your neck and it can earn for your life, settle with her and make peace. Down the line, mental peace is much needed than the money. -

Mget a lawyer involved. File counter cases. Including challenging the POA and wongful deduction from accounts. Keep calm. And be prepared for a long battle.

UShe kept taking her to different hospitals so one did not know any history
In 6 months she had been to Ambani, Bhatiia, Arogya Nidhi, Jaslok and finally Aviva.
She said my Mom had 1) Psychosis2) Secondary parkinsons 3) sleep apnea 4) had had a silent heart attack.
There was no primary doctor, when I asked for diagnosis/ reports , she said she had destroyed them.My. mom had in her entire lifetime nevver been hosspitalised before this.

UFile a case on her too. Given how she has treated your mother, I don’t think she will think twice before hurting you too.

UGet a junior lawyer, since the intent is to counter-harass her for years and not necessarily to win cases. File a case for everything possible, whether you have a chance of winning or not. File them in different locations if possible. Talk to a lawyer and get started. It will cost you time and money though. Some possible cases:
POA forgery
Theft
Harmful medications/ murder (alleged proof will have to be some photographs of your mom before she died and some allegations that the skin tone/ eyes/ hair/ etc. show signs of poisoning etc.)
Murder thru premature withdrawal of life support
Challenge her share of the property and any control she has
Defamation, harassment
Plus anything else you lawyer comes up with.
Leave the bf out of the cases. You need to drive a wedge between them, add to her headaches.
Feel sorry for your mom. That was a terrible way to go.
