MRP on the bottle was 10. Where can I file against this

  MRP was ₹10 on the Limca bottle
  
  On the bill the MRP was ₹15
  
  Where can I file for against this and how much will I be charged??

    Not more than the mrp on the bottle if it’s served in the bottle/can.
    
    Edit: I stand corrected, they can because apparently as per the hon’ble courts you don’t come to the hotel only for the bottle of drink but also the ambience etc etc.
